Shipping policy
Shipping will be provided by either Australia Post or a courier company, depending on efficiency and cost. Please double check and provide correct address details to avoid any shipping confusion that may incur additional fees.
If you provide Australia post addresses like PO Box, Parcel Collect and others, we cannot guarantee we will be able to ship to those addresses as we may need to use a courier for size and cost purposes. If this is an issue we will contact you for a physical address to ship to and will send out your order ASAP. If you cannot provide a physical address then extra shipping charges may apply.
All orders that are currently in stock will be shipped within 2 business days. Pre-orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the time the item arrives in store.
Delivery time frames vary. please see below time frames to different areas:
- VIC: 2-4 business days
- NSW: 2-4 business days
- ACT: 2-4 business days
- TAS: 2-6 business days
- QLD: 2-6 business days
- SA: 3-7 business days
- NT: 5-10 business days
- WA: 5-10 business days
